Its founder, Chris O'Connor, came over from Ireland in the 90s and stopped in New York before finally settling down in Jacksonville. There, he fell in love with the people, places, and weather. This love affair was so strong that he obtained a master plumber license from the state of Florida to, in 2006, start his own business.
